By completing the registration process, accessing the 78phpearl platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. To participate in real-money gaming at 78phpearl, you must complete the account registration process and provide accurate, complete, and current information. Specifically, you agree to:

Deposits

• The minimum single deposit is ₱100 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method.
• Accepted deposit methods include GCash, Maya, BPI Online, BDO, Metrobank, Coins.ph, and USDT (TRC20/ERC20). Available methods may change without prior notice.
• 78phpearl does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Funds must originate from a payment account registered in your own legal name.
• Deposits are credited to your 78phpearl balance upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. 78phpearl is not liable for delays caused by the payment provider's processing systems.

Withdrawals

• Withdrawals are only processed to accounts that have completed KYC verification.
• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. Exceptions require additional verification.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method.
• 78phpearl processes verified e-wallet withdrawals (GCash, Maya) on the same business day for requests submitted before the applicable daily cut-off. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three (3) banking days.

Players may only claim a welcome or first-deposit bonus once. Any attempt to claim the same introductory promotion multiple times using different accounts or payment methods constitutes fraud and will result in permanent account closure.

All games available on the 78phpearl platform are subject to individual game rules published within each game interface. In addition, the following general principles apply to all gaming activity:

• All Random Number Generator (RNG) games are powered by certified game providers and use independently tested random number generation algorithms. Game outcomes are not manipulated by 78phpearl.

• Using automated scripts, bots, or software to access, play, or interact with any 78phpearl game or platform feature without prior written authorization.
• Colluding with other players, 78phpearl employees, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities to generate credits or gain advantages not intended by the game design.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or modify any part of the 78phpearl platform software.
• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or another identity.
• Using stolen or unauthorized payment credentials to fund a 78phpearl account.
• Using the 78phpearl platform for any money laundering activity or to process proceeds of crime, in violation of the Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act.
• Providing false identity or age information during registration or at any subsequent verification request.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward 78phpearl staff or other players through any platform communication channel.
• Circumventing any self-exclusion, deposit limit, or responsible gaming restriction you have voluntarily placed on your own account.

78phpearl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach or suspected breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe.
• Engagement in or suspected engagement in any Prohibited Activity.
• Receipt of a directive from PAGCOR, a court of competent jurisdiction, or a law enforcement authority.
• Detection of fraudulent payment activity or unauthorized use of third-party payment credentials.
• Determination that the player is or was under 21 years of age at any time during their use of the platform.
• The player's voluntary request for account closure or activation of self-exclusion.

In the event of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance, bonus funds, and associated winnings may be forfeited at 78phpearl's discretion. Where closure is not related to a breach, any verifiable real-money balance (net of outstanding bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via the original deposit method within a reasonable timeframe following identity verification.

• Use any 78phpearl trademark, logo, or brand name in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement.

• Any loss of profit, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, whether direct or indirect, arising from your use of or inability to use the 78phpearl platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or unavailability of the platform due to technical failure, maintenance, cyberattack, force majeure events, or actions of third parties.
• Any loss arising from unauthorized access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate password security.
• Any delay in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers, including GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, or any banking institution.
• The accuracy, completeness, or legality of any information provided by game providers displayed on the platform.

The 78phpearl platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. In the event of a dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 78phpearl platform, the parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation in the first instance. If negotiation fails to produce a resolution within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the competent courts of the Philippines having jurisdiction over the subject matter.

For disputes related to game outcomes, 78phpearl's server-side logs and game records shall be considered primary evidence. Players may submit formal disputes through the 78phpearl customer support channel within thirty (30) days of the disputed event. Disputes submitted outside this window may not be considered.
